Requirements
Must:
- I must consent to and pass Level 2 fingerprint clearance.
- I have at least 1 year of prior experience serving as a PC Technician or in Help Desk roles.
- I possess a High School Diploma along with 3 years of experience.
- I am punctual and have a safe driving record.
- I have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement is offered).
Qualifications:
- I have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to Windows Server, networking, and firewall issues.
- I demonstrate solid system and network documentation capabilities.
- I showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding customer service abilities.
- I am highly organized and detail-oriented.
- I am able to follow detailed instructions and procedures effectively.
- I possess logical troubleshooting abilities to interpret alerts and alarms for root cause assessment.
- I have over 3 years of experience supporting enterprise-level end users across various Windows operating systems, Office 365, and other Microsoft products.
- I possess a robust understanding of SLA and KPI management.
Responsibilities
- I will answer inquiries, resolve complaints, repair equipment, change software configurations, install new hardware and peripherals, and ensure that service requests are managed efficiently, timely, and courteously.
- I will install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals such as printers.
- I will install and configure application and operating system software, as well as perform necessary upgrades.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows Server, networking, and firewalls.
- I am responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and network connectivity problems.
- I will troubleshoot VoIP/telephony issues and assist in coordinating IT projects.
- I will perform laptop imaging and configuration using Intune Autopilot.
- I will coordinate hardware warranty repairs with vendors and external services such as Dell and Microsoft.
- I will document my work in a clear and concise manner.

Description
This is a full-time, on-site position that requires daily travel to various client locations. The pay starts at $40,000.00 per year. I offer benefits including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and vision insurance. I will ask applicants their salary expectations and whether they are willing to undergo a Level 2 background check, which must be cleared for employment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT experience and be able to commute to Clearwater, FL 33756.
