Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development - At least 3 years of experience in software engineering-related projects - Understanding of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) - Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA), including test automation and various testing methodologies - Familiarity with Product Management concepts and collaborative experience with product teams - Experience with database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL) - Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration - Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH with minimal annual travel (5-10%) - Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Proficient in Java, React, C#, Go, or other modern programming languages - At least 1-2 years of experience in software development and automation - Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) - Experience in developing applications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Web Apps, Mobile Apps, Function Apps) - Strong knowledge of code management through GitHub - Certifications in DevOps Foundation, Professional Scrum Master (PSM1), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1), Microsoft Azure AZ-104 are a plus

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure and high-quality software solutions for our One Digital Warehouse platform - Ensure adherence to P&Gs IT policy - Collaborate with product management to capture requirements, define technical specifications, and transform business needs into scalable software solutions - Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps practices to guarantee efficient and reliable software delivery - Conduct rigorous software quality assurance tasks, such as writing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and resolving issues in collaboration with the development team - Engage in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines - Diagnose and rectify software issues, offering prompt and effective solutions - Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of software development processes and tools - Mentor junior engineers and disseminate knowledge within the team
