Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of in-depth experience in Power Control and Information Systems technologies, including Continuous Process Control, Instruments, Control Logix PLCs, Safety PLCs, Wonderware, Motion Control, Vision Systems, Networks, Drives, and Sensors
- Proven track record in managing innovation within a manufacturing context
- Strong understanding of intellectual property rights as applied to manufacturing processes
- Expertise in Lean Innovation and Loss Elimination strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Machine Controls and Manufacturing Applied Informatics
- Robust background in Plant Engineering and Process Control
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Capability to devise and implement a Tech Readiness Roadmap
- Familiarity with Validation processes and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Over 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with business problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Aptitude for sharing insights and collaborating effectively across teams and departments

- Drive and implement innovative strategies and initiatives at our Alexandria manufacturing facility, nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement
- Manage and protect intellectual property rights associated with manufacturing processes and product designs generated or utilized within our facility
- Utilize Lean Innovation methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes, minimize waste, and boost overall productivity and efficiency
- Lead efforts in Loss Elimination across all operational areas, uncovering root causes of inefficiencies and applying sustainable solutions
- Supervise the design, execution, and upkeep of advanced Machine Controls systems to ensure peak performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment
- Guide the use of Manufacturing Applied Informatics to harness data for informed decision-making, predictive maintenance, and process enhancement
- Collaborate closely with Plant Engineering to ensure the smooth integration of new technologies and continual improvement of infrastructure
- Oversee Validation processes for new equipment, processes, and products, guaranteeing adherence to internal standards and regulatory guidelines
