Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Computer Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience related to various SAP product components and platforms
- Minimum of 5 years in an IT Project Management or similar role
- Proficient in leading medium to large-scale SAP infrastructure initiatives
- Experienced in directing project schedules, budgets, and providing technical guidance
- Skilled in managing medium to large SAP Cloud Migration Projects in a diverse environment
- Familiar with overseeing complex SAP Platforms and integrated application environments
- Knowledge of multiple SAP components including ECC, BW, HANA, BW4HANA, XI, APO, SRM, BOBJ, BODS, JAVA portal, GTS, FSCM, MDG, Solution Manager
- Competent in SAP Basis tasks, including Change Management, system refreshes, and performance management
- Excellent verbal communication and instructional skills for effective training and presentations
- Experience coordinating vendors, business partners, and technical teams on cloud migration projects
- Capable of managing project communications across various business functions
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies including SCRUM, Agile, and DevOps
- Proficient in controlling large-scale budgets for SAP-related initiatives
- Understanding of ITIL processes and cybersecurity mitigation techniques
- Experience in mentoring less experienced project managers
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and oversee infrastructure improvement projects as a delivery leader
- Maintain strong collaboration with SAP Center of Excellence Team, Cloud Operations, and related programs
- Implement enterprise-class platform transformations across all SAP environments
- Ensure accountability for the budget and execution of service projects while minimizing risks
- Act as a liaison between various teams to align platform needs with business objectives
- Oversee the sunset of platforms providing duplicate capabilities
- Drive automation of platform capabilities to enhance business outcomes
- Ensure proper management of project/change managers with cloud-based solutions
- Expedite market readiness of changes to meet business requirements
- Facilitate the introduction of new technologies aligned with business needs
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of project team members
- Address and resolve internal issues that hinder project execution
- Ensure timely and effective communication to the project board throughout processes
- Prepare for up to 30% domestic and 15% international travel for workshops and meetings
