Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Administration, Networking, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles.
- Proficient in server and network management, incident handling, and vulnerability and patch oversight.
- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly driven and capable of working effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Skillful in managing multiple tasks and adjusting priorities to resolve urgent issues.
- Availability to work on-site at the Moreno Valley, CA facility five days a week.

- Preferred certifications: Security+, Network+, CompTIA A+.
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehousing setting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and its querying processes is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of IT operations on-site, maintaining governance and excellence in server and network infrastructure.
- Act as a point of contact for contract technicians and digital operations teams, providing support for server, network, and end-user devices.
- Participate actively in the site leadership team and conduct regular digital portfolio assessments with key stakeholders.
- Propel digital advancements and spearhead critical projects at the site, including regional and global initiatives.
- Proactively identify and relay future requirements and innovation possibilities to sector leadership and service teams.
