Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Industrial Engineering, Business Management Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field
- Previous hands-on experience in a security-centered role, such as Information Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, or Security Engineer
- Over 8 years experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance focusing on Information Security
- Extensive knowledge of significant security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and control evaluations
- Strong grasp of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS)
- Proven capability to draft policies, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to influence and foster relationships with stakeholders, external service providers, and architectural teams
- Capacity to work independently, collaborate efficiently, and learn swiftly
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
Responsibilities
- Governance: Maintain and enhance the information security policy framework and controls in accordance with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
- Track and establish metrics to gauge policy adherence and program maturity
- Drive alignment on security roles, responsibilities, and expectations internally
- Risk Management: Oversee the enterprise risk management process, covering risk identification, analysis, treatment planning, and reporting
- Conduct security risk assessments for internal systems, projects, vendors, and business processes
- Aid in risk-based decision-making throughout all organizational levels
- Compliance: Ensure ongoing adherence to relevant regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, SOX)
- Maintain comprehensive evidence and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the effectiveness of IT controls and identify compliance gaps; analyze control measurements for negative trends and recurrence frequency; collaborate with internal/external auditors on compliance audits and remediation of findings
- Awareness & Enablement: Foster the continuous enhancement of risk and compliance culture within P&G, providing training and support to build IT risk awareness
- Collaborate across IT, Legal, Privacy, and Business Operations teams
- Keep informed on how current events, security focus areas, and the regulatory environment may influence P&Gs compliance processes
