Requirements
Must:
- BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Systems, Electrical degrees or a related field preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in building infrastructure systems and facility management
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to define business challenges, and skill in prioritizing tasks
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience in project management
- Ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with PC&IS technologies is preferred, including:
- Continuous Process Control, Control Logix PLCs, and related technologies
- Electrical Drawing and Programming Standards like OPERA and Universal Pack
- Experience managing technical PC&IS solutions that align with business demands
- Understanding of IT practices related to network security and disaster recovery
- Ability to manage projects, assess team needs, and lead staffing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to foster diverse relationships and effective communication
- Understanding of cost assessment in project execution
- Familiarity with safe work practices in electrical and mechanical environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of electrical engineering strategies for plant operations
- Manage electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on maintenance and upgrades
- Drive continuous improvement and support innovative solutions
- Oversee electrical infrastructure projects and ensure alignment with plant objectives
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address project requirements
- Provide training and coaching to technical leads regarding infrastructure changes
- Cultivate relationships with diverse teams and external partners to enhance operations
- Develop staffing plans and collaborate with departments to meet technical needs
- Identify opportunities to maximize PC&IS technologies in meeting business challenges

In this role, you will be responsible for the reliable and efficient operation of the plants electrical systems.
