Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience with UKG Ready
- Solid comprehension of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data frameworks
- Practical experience in conducting parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors is preferred
- Understanding of union environments, shift-based pay structures, and complex overtime regulations is preferred
- Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) is preferred
- UKG Ready certifications and/or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP) are preferred
- Experience in enhancing audit frameworks or onboarding guides is preferred
Responsibilities
- Audit timekeeping and payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate across the organization to identify needs for data reporting and analysis
- Execute necessary testing for payroll processes
- Reconcile payroll data and report findings to management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR and payroll services
