Requirements
Must:
- Passionate about working with cutting-edge, web-based technologies and committed to understanding Tempus Resources advantages, use cases, and both business and technical aspects.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
- Practical experience in supporting, configuring, customizing, and/or implementing software. Ideally, familiarity with REST APIs, workflow or integration software, and PPM, ERP, or HCM applications.
- Basic understanding of the C# programming language.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and exceptional in follow-up, with a collaborative spirit to meet deadlines.
- Proven capability to manage projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), adept at communicating technical topics to a non-technical audience in large organizations.
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document integration requirements.
- Develop Process Diagrams based on the needs outlined by customers.
- Design, implement, and test customized workflows tailored to client specifications using our internal workflow engine.
- Oversee and maintain current customer integrations.
