Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a minimum of 3 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering initiatives
- Practical familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, deployment methodologies, and automation frameworks
- Proven success in managing intricate technical projects involving multiple stakeholders from initiation to completion
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and platforms (like Jira and Confluence)
- Exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Spearhead project planning and execution for DevOps projects, including developing roadmaps, managing timelines, assessing risks, and tracking dependencies
- Oversee the comprehensive delivery of DevOps initiatives, including the implementation of new CI/CD pipelines, automation of infrastructure, and establishment of data ingestion workflows
- Monitor project health, identify potential blockers early, and drive solutions to maintain project momentum
- Facilitate cooperation among DevOps, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and focus on project execution
- Integrate technical and business perspectives by translating engineering requirements into practical project plans, milestones, and updates that are accessible to stakeholders
