Software Interface Development Coordinator

- Act as a liaison among clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams to outline technical requirements for system integrations. - Create documentation for interface workflows, data exchange formats, and communication protocols. - Convert client and vendor needs into precise technical specifications for internal development teams. - Engage in design meetings to ensure feasibility and alignment of interfaces with project objectives. - Monitor development progress and facilitate issue resolution among stakeholders. - Set up, deploy, and activate software interfaces in client environments. - Manage the installation, configuration, and connectivity among various systems and networks. - Assist client IT teams during implementation and go-live phases. - Map and validate data fields across different systems utilizing formats like XML, JSON, and flat files. - Conduct end-to-end interface testing to confirm accurate and reliable data transfer. - Diagnose integration problems using logs, SQL queries, and diagnostic tools. - Ensure all integrations align with CJIS, NIBRS, state reporting, and other public safety data standards. - Uphold security and data integrity protocols. - Handle multiple interface implementation timelines concurrently. - Provide consistent status updates to leadership, project managers, and clients. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including interface specifications and implementation guides.
