Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in scripting, particularly in Perl and/or Python
- Familiarity with test methodologies, debugging, and test development
- Relevant background in system testing
- Experience with wireless communications and embedded devices
- Knowledge of communications systems, including physical and upper layers, alongside expertise in evaluating wireless communications systems through log analysis to identify issues
- Experience in software development within a real-time context, encompassing data structures and operating system concepts
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with software, systems, and firmware engineers to design test cases, tools, and environments, emphasizing automation
- Engage in system integration and testing, with a primary focus on test creation, execution, and issue resolution
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks
- Participate in pre-silicon testing and initial silicon bring-up activities
- Be prepared to travel occasionally and thrive in a dynamic technical setting while working effectively with team members
