Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in C#, particularly WPF, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, SQL, and ETL processes
- Ability to integrate AI/ML models into business applications, including model selection, API integration, and deploying AI-driven features within an ERP system
- Positive attitude along with effective communication skills and teamwork ability
- High level of integrity, reliability, and adherence to procedures
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Useful (but not mandatory) bonus skills: Excel expertise,
electrical engineering knowledge, Arduino programming, and an appreciation for machine shops and manufacturing processes
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a custom ERP system from the ground up
- Write clean, maintainable code using C# (WPF, Entity Framework, ASP.NET)
- Architect and manage SQL Server databases, queries, and ETL processes
- Integrate AI/ML features into business workflows, including predictive logic, automation, and natural-language tools
- Test, document, deploy, and provide support for applications based on best practices
- Assist with website updates and manage social media (minor responsibilities)
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across the organization
