Senior Microsoft 365 Identity Analyst

- Spearhead large-scale migrations between tenants for Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Teams using BitTitan MigrationWiz or Quest, managing the entire process from planning through to execution and stabilization. - Act as the technical escalation point and subject matter expert for Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services, Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft Purview, delivering Tier 3 support and enhancing team capabilities. - Oversee identity lifecycle management, implement Conditional Access/MFA, manage hybrid synchronization (Entra Connect), and maintain certificate services to ensure secure enterprise access. - Develop and refine M&A integration guidelines for M365 and identity services; document consistent workflows to streamline future acquisitions and mitigate migration risks. - Enhance and maintain security measures in Defender for Office 365, collaborating with InfoSec to adjust policies, manage alerts, and close security vulnerabilities. - Assist the Legal team with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery tasks (including legal holds, searches, exports) and ensure proper access controls and audit trails are in place. - Create automated solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to minimize manual tasks, enhance consistency, and facilitate scaling in our evolving environment. - Generate and maintain technical documents, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures to capture knowledge for incident response and continuity. - Promote ongoing improvement by proactively identifying security vulnerabilities, driving automation projects, and implementing M365 best practices. - Engage in the Change Advisory Board (CAB), lead post-incident root cause analyses, and uphold operational standards through effective change management and incident protocols.
