Requirements
Must:
- 2–5+ years of experience in network administration, engineering, or analysis
- Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Practical experience with enterprise switching and wireless technologies
- Proficiency in managing firewall policies and network security controls
- Familiarity with SD-WAN environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities
- Ability to support distributed, multi-site settings
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain HPE Aruba enterprise switching and wireless networks
- Manage access control and enforce policies using ClearPass Policy Manager
- Configure, monitor, and resolve issues with FortiGate firewalls and security policies
- Assist with SD-WAN connectivity utilizing Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN
- Support network operations across 80+ sites and an expanding footprint
- Diagnose network performance challenges including latency, packet loss, and outages
- Oversee network health, performance metrics, and security incidents
- Aid in network upgrades, migrations, and new site implementations
- Keep network documentation, diagrams, and standard operational procedures up to date
- Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents as required
- Undertake occasional travel (estimated 10–20%) for new site openings, hardware upgrades, or critical incidents
