M365 collaboration analyst

- 3–5 years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration within an enterprise setting - Strong background in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, including site collection management and permissions governance - Solid experience managing Microsoft Teams, including lifecycle controls and guest access governance - Familiarity with administering Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps - Understanding of Microsoft Purview compliance reporting and audit log queries - Basic proficiency in PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration; experience with Power Automate scripting is advantageous - Familiarity with Microsoft Secure Score and security posture documentation - Self-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks independently - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - Preferred: Microsoft MS-102 certification or in-progress certification efforts - Preferred: Power Platform certification (PL-200 or PL-900) or equivalent hands-on knowledge - Preferred: Experience with SharePoint or OneDrive content migrations associated with mergers and acquisitions - Preferred: Background in manufacturing or multi-site industrial environments
