Requirements
Must:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology or a comparable mix of experience and technical certifications.
- Prior experience in an IT Service Desk or desktop support position, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, showcasing a professional and supportive demeanor.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the capability to understand complex technical scenarios.
- Self-driven and able to perform tasks autonomously in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for company-wide users regarding hardware, software, and telecommunications-related issues. Handle incoming calls and ensure first-call resolution or escalate to specialized departments.
- Diagnose, repair, and set up desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices specifically for the Tulsa site.
- Track and record the status of all incidents in the ticketing system, identify technical patterns, and report issues needing problem resolution or change management actions.
- Install and configure software and hardware to uphold a consistent IT environment.
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of technical issues in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with other IT teams to promote customer-focused incident management and support across all locations.
Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Operations professional to provide hands-on hardware and software support at our Tulsa manufacturing facility while serving as a remote Service Desk resource for operations across the Central Time Zone. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment where technical issues are swiftly addressed, contributing to our production and corporate objectives. This role is located on-site in Tulsa, OK, within a climate-controlled office and manufacturing plant.
