Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing functional ERP teams.
- In-depth knowledge of intricate manufacturing processes including production, supply chain, and financial operations.
- Proven success in supporting ERP systems across large-scale, multi-site environments.
- A Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive background in ERP system maintenance, upgrades, vendor management, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Strong aptitude for managing and optimizing complex legacy or newly acquired ERP ecosystems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address issues within enterprise systems and workflows.
- Proven track record in leading and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in overseeing external service providers and third-party consultants.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day ERP operations and support requests to maintain high system availability and responsiveness across all manufacturing locations.
- Identify and apply system enhancements to boost data integrity, operational efficiency, and manufacturing effectiveness.
- Develop and implement the ERP operational strategy, focusing on key upgrades, maintenance, and system stabilization efforts.
- Collaborate with business leaders and internal IT departments to address operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions that drive business growth.
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP improvements, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the ERP support team, ensuring effective performance, recruitment, and ongoing professional development.
- Track system performance and report key metrics and operational indicators to senior management.
