Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Digital Engineer, or in a similar role
- Proven experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows
- Proficient in developing and deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Skilled in designing and managing infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Experience in creating and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures
- Advanced scripting and automation capabilities for operational efficiency
- Familiarity with AWS Services, particularly Sagemaker
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT/business applications team to optimize DevOps processes including pipelines, cloud engineering, repository management, API integration, security, and data synchronization
- Introduce effective processes, tools, and methodologies to align with the software development life cycle, from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates
- Assess user requirements and software specifications to evaluate design feasibility within time and budget constraints
- Provide support for implemented solutions by monitoring and optimizing queries and data loads, addressing user inquiries regarding data integrity, evaluating performance, and communicating functional and technical issues
- Conduct code reviews and refactor code to adhere to standards
- Oversee the operation of equipment to ensure system compliance with specifications
- Engage in data model evaluations, application performance assessments, and module analyses to enhance current software, rectify errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces
