Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business and Integration Practitioner, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in AWS Athena and UNIX-Secure Shell
- Experience with topic modeling and web scraping techniques
- Ability to create statistical models and visualize advertisement data
- Skilled in developing SQL queries for database extraction
- Familiarity with building data structures and reports using GoogleSQL3
Responsibilities
- Design and implement business process solutions by gathering both business and technical requirements
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive project execution
- Utilize tools like AWS, Postman API, and JIRA to manage project workflows
- Manage stakeholders to facilitate project implementation and develop metrics for efficiency
- Support process improvements and enhance overall operational performance
- Conduct system and process analysis, and perform gap analysis to identify enhancement opportunities
- Write technical specifications and support product deployment activities
- Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality
- Test and debug in a Scrum or Kanban environment, maintaining high-quality code standards
- Oversee root cause analysis and mentor the team on critical challenges
- Collaborate with project managers and business and IT leads to ensure stakeholder communication and project quality throughout the SDLC
