Technical Support Engineer - IT Solutions

- Collaborate closely with end-users to comprehend business needs and optimize system efficiency. - Offer support for hardware maintenance including LAN/WAN, endpoint devices, and other IT equipment, as well as initiating local hardware installations. - Conduct daily checks on essential IT systems to guarantee consistent and stable connectivity across all locations. - Administer user accounts, global IDs, and make updates to address lists. - Manage the creation, modification, and removal of user and computer accounts, handling onboarding and termination processes for employees. - Facilitate system and BIOS updates on various endpoint devices like desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. - Oversee the setup and configuration of new end-user computer systems. - Provide IT support through the procurement of IT equipment and maintaining purchase order documentation, collaborating with the accounting team during inventory assessments. - Assist the IT Manager in evaluating new hardware and software for potential implementation within our companys operational environment. - Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the server room across all three office locations. - Handle facilities management responsibilities, including security, badging, and additional projects to support each office. - Develop, maintain, and adhere to departmental work instructions and business procedures in alignment with company policies. - Undertake other related tasks and projects assigned by the IT Manager.
