Requirements

Must:
- 7 years of experience in ERP reporting implementation, including 3 years with native reporting on SaaS ERP platforms like Oracle Cloud or Workday - Expertise in cloud-based ERP data structures and inline reporting tools - Proficiency in designing and executing self-service reporting for enterprise ERP initiatives - Solid understanding of information architecture and best practice reporting methodologies - Knowledge of data governance including quality standards, security protocols, and compliance criteria - Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Willingness to work in a collaborative, project-focused environment - Experience with both traditional and agile project methodologies

Responsibilities

- Spearhead the development and maintenance of a prioritized reporting inventory based on the ERP reporting roadmap - Lead an ERP project reporting sub-team to design and deliver reports and dashboards in the ERP system for operational and management reporting - Establish and enforce quality control protocols for all ERP reporting developments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Proactively address and resolve ERP reporting challenges, risks, and dependencies - Provide mentorship to ERP reporting developers to ensure consistent report development practices across modules - Ensure adherence to institutional data governance, security, and privacy policies - Collaborate with various stakeholders to define the ERP reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with data initiatives - Develop the ERP reporting implementation roadmap by analyzing and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders - Engage with UDO colleagues to establish data quality standards and create role-based access models for reporting - Communicate ERP reporting strategies and updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels

At Princeton University, we are looking for a seasoned Reporting and Analytics Lead to oversee the planning and execution of reporting for our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This hybrid position involves close collaboration with the University Data Office and other teams to align ERP reporting with our overarching data strategy. This role offers a 2-year, benefits-eligible term with the potential for transition into a permanent position.
