Requirements
Must:
- Strong verbal presentation and communication skills are crucial.
- Adaptability paired with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to engage with various Field levels and rapidly assess needs.
- Availability for some weekend and occasional evening shifts is necessary.
- Expertise in communicating effectively to groups of 25 to 200 individuals.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with the skill to manage high-pressure scenarios.
- Stamina to stand and walk for extended periods (including stairs) and lift items up to 50lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are beneficial.
- Basic computer proficiency is expected.
- Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
- Ability to navigate unexpected situations and manage extended walks while lifting loads over 50lbs.
- Experience as a tour guide or in customer service is favorable.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with the company is preferred.

- Lead tours of Primericas campus for Field Representatives and other VIP guests.
- Present relevant information about specific work areas that support Sales Representatives business needs.
- Assist customers within a retail environment and address any technical issues with tour equipment.
- Help maintain displays and setups used during tours.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of tour locations, including their history, culture, and notable attractions.
- Highlight significant points within the home office during tours.
