Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Project Management
- Proficiency in data management and governance
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create complex queries in DB2, SQL, and Access
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capacity to facilitate workshops and meetings
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Smartsheets
- Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports
- Experience in training user groups and developing supporting materials
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Enterprise Data Management projects
- Develop and maintain the EDM Roadmap in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
- Organize stand-up and scrum meetings with data architects and governance leaders
- Assist in formulating and prioritizing roadmap components such as platform enhancements and analytics capabilities
- Manage the collection and validation of inputs from stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
- Track key milestones, deliverables, and timelines across data initiatives
- Create and maintain version-controlled documentation for effective roadmap communication
- Ensure delivery of project requirements and necessary approvals from product teams
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and manage scope changes
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking performance against goals
