Responsibilities
- Aid the IT support team in end-user computing, device oversight, and service desk functions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software challenges, manage assets, and refine IT support processes.
- Offer first-level assistance for hardware and software problems experienced by users.
- Assist in the imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Record and manage IT support requests in the ticketing system.
- Support inventory management of assets and oversee hardware lifecycle procedures.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network and printer connectivity challenges.
- Contribute to the creation of user manuals and IT support documentation.
