- Currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret business requirements and form logic - Familiarity with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams - Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, clarifying questions, and providing updates - Capacity to work independently while also collaborating within a team in a structured project environment - Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies, including low-code and citizen-development tools - Preferred: Familiarity with low-code or citizen-development platforms like SmartIQ or Power Apps - Preferred: Understanding of digital form design, data structures, or workflow concepts from coursework or projects - Preferred: Exposure to Agile methodologies or collaborative project work - Preferred: Experience in testing, validating logic, or ensuring accuracy and usability - Preferred: Strong attention to detail when handling structured data or documenting processes - Preferred: Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project needs
