Field Service Technical Lead

- Direct and oversee a team of field technicians in the installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of IT devices (Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, interactive panels, AV systems, and educational technologies) - Organize daily schedules for technicians, allocate service requests, and ensure swift, quality responses to service inquiries - Serve as the main escalation point for intricate technical challenges; deliver hands-on assistance and solutions as necessary - Monitor team performance, provide continuous training and technical guidance, and conduct regular evaluations to uphold high service standards - Maintain precise records of all field activities, including service documentation, installation checklists, and customer confirmations - Partner with project managers and operations teams to facilitate large IT implementations and classroom technology rollouts - Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and parts designated for field technicians - Communicate clearly with school district staff and administrators to guarantee service expectations are met and issues are addressed promptly - Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations during field assignments - Travel extensively across Texas to fulfill customer requirements
