Requirements
Must:
- Experience testing vended applications and web/mobile platforms
- Strong background in manual testing and test case documentation
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents
- Capable of managing priorities across multiple product lines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with both technical and business teams
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile healthcare applications
- Define and carry out product validation for new and updated systems
- Lead end-to-end validation efforts across software, integrations, and hardware-supported functionalities
- Coordinate testing across diverse environments to ensure release readiness
- Identify, document, and assist in defect triage and root cause analysis
- Maintain test plans, regression test suites, validation documentation, and testing metrics
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, IT operations, and vendors to uphold system quality
- Support incident investigations by replicating issues and validating suspected failure points
- Manage test artifacts within test management tools (e.g., Quality Center)
