Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Microsoft server operating systems, network protocols, virtualization, security, and Azure
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US, unable to sponsor employment visas
Responsibilities
- Provide support for both operational and engineering tasks at client sites
- Troubleshoot and maintain client IT infrastructures and networks on a 24/7 basis
- Assess client-generated requirements and collaborate with clients to ensure solutions meet their needs
- Coordinate with technicians and engineering teams at Prescient Solutions and client locations to resolve issues as necessary
- Draft operational and technical documentation
- Mentor junior team members
- Undertake additional duties and assist with special projects as required
