Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with database software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent accuracy and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Raisers Edge database administrator to review and amend donor information
- Process donations to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)
- Draft acknowledgment letters for individual donors
- Compile lists of donors and contributions for communication purposes
- Provide customer support to individual donors, churches, presbyteries, and synods
- Assist donors in making donations via phone using Clover POS system
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness of funds
- Help in developing new processes and protocols involving Raisers Edge
- Manage the daily upload process from PNC Bank
- Execute other duties as assigned
