Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in software applications, especially for data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Excellent accuracy and analytical abilities
- Understanding of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of Raisers Edge as the primary database for accurate donor information
- Collaborate with the Raisers Edge database administrator to review and update donor records
- Process and record donations for the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), A Corporation
- Draft and send acknowledgment letters to individual donors
- Compile lists of donors and gifts for acknowledgment correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to individual donors, churches, presbyteries, and synods requesting information
- Support donors wishing to contribute via phone using Clover POS system
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the fund management
- Help develop and refine new processes and procedures related to Raisers Edge
- Manage the daily morning upload from PNC Bank
- Perform additional duties as assigned
