- Identify areas needing manual intervention and other gaps in the P2P process
- Recommend programming modifications to reduce manual interventions
- Design and implement suggested changes across all stages of the P2P value chain
- Identify opportunities for workflow reconfiguration to maximize its potential
- Implement a comprehensive workflow-based exception management process
- Generate customized reports for monitoring process hygiene, including exception management and backlog movement
- Track overall business and operational metrics through tailored reporting
- Establish dashboards to enhance visibility within workflows
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently within a structured project framework
