Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in managing and supporting enterprise applications and/or integrations
- Minimum of 5 years of general IT experience
- Salesforce administrator certification
- Experience in administering Salesforce Lightning, with skills in configuration, customization, user management, workflows, and reporting
- Strong grasp of cloud technologies and experience in managing enterprise SaaS applications
- Familiarity with IT practices and experience in implementing security measures for enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and navigate multiple stakeholder projects
- Practical experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Oversee, monitor, and enhance cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring they adhere to best practices, security, performance, and scalability
- Support the setup, customization, and administration of Salesforce, focusing on user management, enhancements, data integrity, and security
- Engage in projects involving new enterprise application selection, expansion, migrations, and decommissioning
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for application management and support
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and conduct access reviews
- Utilize declarative tools in Salesforce for configurations such as Flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Coordinate Salesforce releases, including testing and rolling out new features
- Deliver training and ongoing support for Salesforce users
- Address support tickets raised by internal stakeholders
