Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Windows 10 and 11, Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory maintenance and user support
- Knowledge of Windows-based devices including laptops, workstations, printers, and scanners
- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Understanding of client PC connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Comprehension of file server management
- Microsoft certifications beneficial
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical details
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Manage Tier 1 helpdesk escalations using a ticketing system
- Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution
- Create user accounts and configure hardware as part of the onboarding process
- Oversee and monitor internal assets for accurate inventory management
- Assist in the administration of the phone system
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
- Develop training manuals as required
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
