Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Over 3 years of practical experience in blockchain and Web3 engineering
- Strong proficiency in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, or comparable languages)
- Familiarity with dApp frameworks, blockchain tools, and development environments
- Comprehensive understanding of blockchain principles, including decentralization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a remote and distributed setting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cryptography, consensus algorithms, and DeFi frameworks
- Contributions to open-source blockchain initiatives
- Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain technologies, or best practices in Web3 security
- Previous experience in mentoring or coaching fellow engineers
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and enhance smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps)
- Contribute to the structural design of secure, scalable, and high-performance Web3 systems
- Collaborate with blockchain platforms and protocols to deliver decentralized solutions
- Work alongside engineering, product, and research teams to integrate blockchain technologies into broader systems
- Offer technical insights and suggestions to boost system efficiency and dependability
- Document development workflows, system architectures, and technical choices
- Clearly articulate complex blockchain concepts in both oral and written forms to technical and non-technical audiences
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and distributed systems
- Assess new tools, frameworks, and protocols for their potential integration
