Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of professional experience in Unity and C#
- Extensive knowledge of RPG mechanics, including combat, inventory, quests, and stats
- Strong grasp of game architecture and design patterns
- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Preferred: Experience in multiplayer or networking
- Preferred: Background in blockchain or Web3 game development
- Preferred: Familiarity with shaders and URP/HDRP
- Preferred: Experience in publishing games on Steam, Play Store, or App Store
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain game features utilizing Unity and C#
- Lead technical decision-making and provide mentorship to junior developers
- Enhance performance for both PC and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and QA testers
- Implement gameplay systems, user interfaces, animations, and AI logic
- Debug, profile, and optimize existing codebases
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to technical planning
