Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, or in a related product-centered role.
- Strong background in business process analysis and converting requirements into technical solutions.
- Profound understanding of web applications and API-based systems.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and contemporary web usability standards.
- Capability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve results without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with product strategy, business goals, and customer demands.
- Make data-driven prioritization choices that maximize value for customers and the organization.
- Guarantee that backlog items are articulated, refined, and estimated effectively for predictable delivery.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and discovery sessions, breaking down complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Management to facilitate roadmap execution and the incremental rollout of strategic initiatives.
- Work in close partnership with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features punctually.
- Serve as a reliable expert on the web platform, acting as a key contact for internal teams.
- Communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress proactively to stakeholders across the organization.
- Support alignment among teams by mediating technical limitations, user experience, and business priorities.
- Remain informed about industry trends, web and API technologies, and Agile best practices to shape product decisions.
- Identify areas for improving development processes, product scalability, and overall customer experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and iterative learning.
