Requirements

Must:
- Experience in a senior help desk or IT support role - Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Event Viewer - Knowledge of PowerShell for automation tasks - Familiarity with Windows Registry for software and system adjustments - Ability to deploy and re-image PCs using PXE boot/MDT - Competence in configuring modern copiers for SMTP scan-to-email - Skills in mapping network printers and performing network diagnostics - Experience with Active Directory and its Attribute Editor - Strong understanding of onboarding and separation procedures - Capability to travel for workstation setups - Independent ability to establish small office networks

Responsibilities

- Resolve advanced technical support tickets in a timely manner - Mentor and guide junior help desk staff - Deliver exceptional executive support for urgent issues - Analyze and identify root causes of technical problems - Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripts - Modify system settings through Windows Registry as needed - Deploy new PCs or re-image existing ones via PXE/MDT - Configure and maintain copier settings for email functionality - Set up printers in a networked environment - Conduct basic network diagnostics to troubleshoot issues - Populate and update user profiles in Active Directory - Adhere to established procedures for employee onboarding and separations - Travel to client locations for setting up workstations when required - Establish and configure small networks for field offices independently
