Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support roles, especially in help desk environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
- Expertise in troubleshooting A/V conferencing equipment, particularly Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Skill in using PowerShell for task automation
- Proficiency in network diagnostics and printer configuration
- Familiarity with Active Directory and PC deployment processes
- Ability to manage IT inventory efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in a professional environment
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to C-suite and high-level executives, addressing time-sensitive issues with care
- Deliver desktop support to end-users both onsite and remotely across various locations
- Act as the main IT representative for daily client interactions
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks for client associates, including software and hardware setup
- Troubleshoot A/V conferencing technology and assist with meeting setups
- Identify and resolve system issues using Windows Event Viewer
- Utilize PowerShell commands to streamline repetitive tasks
- Deploy and re-image PCs when necessary
- Perform basic network diagnostics and configure copiers for email functionality
- Maintain organized and documented IT inventory and support office setup and moves
