Requirements
Must:
- Strong computer science fundamentals (a degree in CS or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if you have demonstrable projects).
- 1+ years of industry experience, or a robust portfolio of internships or personal projects.
- Experience in full-stack development. Our technology stack includes Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of system design, scalable architectures, and constructing production-ready features.
- A founder mindsetโ โ a readiness to take on various roles, act swiftly, and continuously improve.
- Bonus points for experience with LLMs, AI integration, or community-driven platforms.
Responsibilities
As a founding engineer, I will be a vital part of our small yet dynamic team. I will shape both the product and the culture of the company as we expand. With this position, I will own features from start to finish and directly influence the product's direction. Additionally, I will contribute to modernizing how individuals prepare for tech jobs, starting with interviews, while building a product from 0 to 1, with the potential to scale to millions of users.
Description
We are an early-stage startup, Prachub, dedicated to creating the ultimate platform for tech interview preparation. We help students and professionals practice with genuine interview questions, conduct SQL and coding challenges in-browser, and learn from a community of peers. I am excited to find a passionate individual to join us on this journey and bring innovative ideas to enhance our platform.
