Requirements
Must:
- Experience with web development through projects, coursework, or internships
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js) or Python
- Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL or similar)
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a ship-first, iterate-fast mindset
- Strong communication skills and a passion for creating user-focused products
- Bonus: Experience with React / Next.js / Node.js
- Bonus: Knowledge in API development or system design
- Bonus: Exposure to AI/LLM (OpenAI, RAG, embeddings, etc.)
- Bonus: Involvement in personal projects, GitHub, hackathons, or community platforms
