Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in data analytics or data science
- Proficient in SQL, with experience in Python or R
- Knowledge of contemporary data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake) is advantageous
- Experience in designing and evaluating experiments (A/B testing, causal inference)
- Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or NLP
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, flexible, and ready to dive into various tasks
Responsibilities
- Analyze user data to reveal insights that inform product and growth strategies
- Develop data pipelines and dashboards to monitor user engagement, retention, and conversion metrics
- Design and assess A/B tests for new features and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to outline data-driven plans
- Help foster a data-centric culture at Prachub
