Provider Data Analyst

- Assist the Provider Data Management manager in identifying and resolving issues faced by Provider Network Management, Credentialing, and Claims departments. - Analyze and manage inventory, which encompasses receiving, tracking, and maintaining data across various lines of business. - Monitor inventory levels and notify management regarding Non-Compliant Terminations, financial holds, and changes required by Provider Network Management, Finance, and Credentialing in line with State regulations. - Process and enter PMP/PCP and Specialist Add/Terms following business and State regulatory requirements. - Oversee the Provider Maintenance Tracking database and/or EXP Service Forms within defined timelines. - Revise the Provider Maintenance EXP Service Form intake process and provide training to external customers as needed. - Respond to inquiries from Provider Network Management, Credentialing, and Claims to resolve questions or issues. - Serve as a point of contact for Network Management Account Executives regarding inventory statuses and provider setup queries. - Provide weekly and monthly reports on inventory production requirements to Provider Network Management for all business lines. - Track the resolution of issues against established deadlines and alert departments of upcoming due dates, ensuring compliance with standards. Escalate unresolved issues that exceed established timeframes.
