Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, adapting to evolving business environments
- Previous experience in Financial Services, particularly in Institutional Custody is preferred
- Familiarity with UAT testing and defect management is advantageous
- Knowledge of Custody and Issuer Services product offerings is a bonus
- Demonstrated capacity for learning new concepts and processes
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficient documentation capabilities
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Prior experience with JIRA Test Management Tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maximize efficiency
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Participate in UAT testing to validate product functionality and report defects as necessary
- Assist in documenting processes and findings effectively for internal use
- Stay updated on industry trends related to Financial Services and Custody offerings
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team by suggesting innovative approaches or solutions
