Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs, or alike)
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and design of AI workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to convert business operations into automated systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- (Bonus) Experience in Python or scripting for automation
- (Bonus) Experience integrating AI with business tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- (Bonus) Knowledge of process optimization or operations management
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business workflows and operational processes across different departments
- Identify opportunities for introducing AI-driven automation and tools
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and automation processes
- Integrate AI tools with existing platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Develop documentation and training materials for AI tools and processes
- Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AI usage
- Test and optimize AI implementations for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Provide training for internal staff on newly implemented AI systems
Description
At Postel Inc., we are looking for an enthusiastic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation Intern to aid in integrating AI solutions into our workflows and business processes. This contract internship lasts for 3–6 months and may be extended based on project needs. Working onsite, youll collaborate closely with our leadership and operational teams to evaluate and enhance existing processes. Youll gain invaluable real-world experience in the exciting field of AI while contributing to practical projects that improve our operational efficiency. We offer competitive hourly compensation based on experience, ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
