Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic understanding of networking principles (Wi-Fi, routers, printers)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must possess a valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries across our dealerships
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Install and configure computers, printers, and user accounts
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Manage password resets, access problems, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Keep accurate documentation of support tickets and resolutions
- Refer complex problems to senior IT personnel when necessary
- Travel between dealership locations as required
