Requirements
Must:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an ERP/QAD Specialist or a similar position
- Proficient in QAD EE
- Prior ERP finance support experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of system analysis and information technology principles
- Familiarity with automotive customers EDI/ASN systems
- Understanding of automotive production supplier processes, with emphasis on shipping
- Expertise in shipping processes and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems or a related field
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing procedures to uphold the integrity of the ERP system and databases
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and policies regarding data management
- Grant appropriate system access to users at various organizational levels while adhering to regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot finance application software and database issues promptly
- Collaborate with finance key personnel to identify user needs and develop data processing solutions
- Maintain effective communication with finance user departments, technical staff, and support organizations to resolve ERP concerns
- Work closely with finance end-users on all finance modules to document business needs and requirements for upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and update training materials for end users
- Oversee intercompany processes between our locations in Tunisia and the US
