IT Operations Supervisor

- Support the configuration, upkeep, and troubleshooting of Ubiquiti Unifi firewalls, switches, and access points across over 130 store locations and headquarters - Administer and enhance enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune MDM/MAM, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams - Maintain hybrid infrastructure to ensure uptime, with responsibilities for patching and configuration consistency for Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Linux - Provide technical support for AWS-based servers and other cloud services supporting business operations - Troubleshoot and support Point-of-Sale (POS) and Back Office systems to guarantee high availability and accurate reporting - Deliver Tier II support for IT Helpdesk operations across headquarters and all salon locations, addressing hardware/software issues and tracking device lifecycle - Implement and document standard operating procedures for store setups, PC imaging, switch port mapping, and remote troubleshooting - Work with internal teams to uphold compliance with PCI DSS 4.0.1 and corporate security standards - Maintain backups and coordinate disaster recovery strategies for both on-prem and cloud environments - Enhance email security and Microsoft Defender endpoint protections to mitigate phishing and malware threats - Collaborate with Real Estate, HR, and Finance teams to ensure IT aligns with business requirements, including file migrations to OneDrive/SharePoint - Develop Power BI dashboards to present IT performance metrics and support analytics - Automate processes using PowerApps, Intune, and Azure Automation to minimize manual tasks and ticket volume - Engage with electrical engineers and software developers for hardware device and system integrations - Contribute to in-house application development initiatives from concept through to maintenance - Supervise a team of 4 IT Analyst II
