Requirements
Must:
- 1–5 years of experience in IT support
- Associate degree is mandatory; Bachelors degree is preferred
- Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets
- Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and networking problems
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Install software updates, patches, and perform system upgrades
- Provide support for mobile device management
- Liaise with vendors as necessary
