Requirements
Must:
- Experience in troubleshooting building automation hardware and software
- Preferred Niagara N4 certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of BAS, Energy Management, HVAC, and Lighting systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and installation skills for BAS equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Friendly and collaborative disposition
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level remote technical support for building automation systems
- Assist installation teams, vendors, and customers by offering technical guidance
- Train field teams remotely on BAS parameter adjustments and commissioning documentation
- Ensure the completeness of EMS projects, including reviewing commissioning reports and documentation
- Maintain effective communication with internal teammates and external clients
